The "Bug Eye" lens is an underwater micro semi-fisheye conversion lens enables the use on the Canon 60mm macro lens as an ultra wide/super compact semi-fisheye lens. This will allow you to get right up to macro subjects and get the whole scene as well. This lens is specifically designed for Canon EF-S60mm F2.8 Macro USM which is for APS-C format digital SLR.

The "Bug Eye" lens has been adapted to be used with Inon, Nauticam, Aquatica and Subal housings. This unique lens requires a dedicated port. This lens is precisely designed including distance between all optical elements and optical axis. The relay lens system provides long lens barrel helping you to shoot close image of shy subjects without scaring them. The 14 elements in 11 groups create a lens construction including three achromat lenses effectively suppresses aberrations to enhance master lens performance.

Ultra wide angle with minimum focusing distance of the "Bug Eye" lens enables you to capture a tiny subject full frame together with the background underwater scenery. The compact diameter 24mm subject side lens captures distinctive ultra wide underwater image (underwater 130°) which is not possible with an ordinary fisheye lens.
